Terms and Conditions:
| 1. | £50 cashback applies to SelfBuild insurance policies only. It does not apply to Site Only insurance, Renovation & Conversion insurance, or Professional SelfBuild insurance |
| 2. | To obtain your £50 cash-back, you will need to contact us on 0800 230 0225 within 30 days of receiving your Building Completion Certificate |
| 3. | The £50 cash-back will be paid via a cheque - made payable to the policyholder |
| 4. | Cheques must be presented for payment within 3 months of issue |
| 5. | Cheques will be dispatched to the correspondence address recorded against the policy |
| 6. | Only one cheque per offer will be issued. Cheques that are lost, damaged or not presented will not be re-issued |
| 7. | Cashback is not available on policies that are cancelled prior to completion of the project |
| 8. | Cashback is only payable where you are able to provide evidence of the completed build, by providing a copy of your Building Completion certificate for the property insured under the policy |
